Zhineng Qigong is one of Chinese Qigong methods to practice the body and mind with simple movements widely in China and all over the world. Zhineng Qigong in Chinese is 智能气功. Zhi 智means wisdom and intelligence, which refers to the functions of the cerebral cortex to process the external things. Neng is 能, which refers to capabilities including mental and physical functions. The goal of Zhineng Qigong is to improve our health condition, further on to develop human beings’ wisdom and strengthen the capabilities.
How is Zhineng Qigong developed?
Zhineng Qiong was developed by Qigong expert Professor Ming Pang in China in 1980s. It has an entire series of scientific theory which is based on the essence of traditional qigong ,core of harmony of man and universe, modern science, Chinese and western medical theories, philosophy and among others. He uncovered the mystery of ancient qigong forms and made it possible for common people to learn and practice daily.

Professor Ming Pang was born in 1940 in
Hebei Province in China, professor, director of the Chinese Qigong Scientific
Research Association, chairman of the Zhineng Qigong Branch of the Chinese Qigong
Scientific Research Association, honorary chairman of the Beijing Qigong
Research Association, director of Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Training and Rehabilitation
Center (which is closed now), director of Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Institute, Secretary of the
Party branch of the rehabilitation center.
Prof. Ming Pang is a knowledgeable, rigorous and pragmatic qigong scholar, and a pioneer of qigong science. Since his young age, he has been deeply influenced by qigong, Chinese medicine and martial arts. Later he studied western medicine, Chinese medicine and practiced as a doctor in western and Chinese medicine in the hospital. From late 1950s, he studied Buddhism and practiced Buddhistic qigong. He also studied Daoism and practiced Dao qigong.
With strong educational and practical medicine background, philosophy of Buddhism and Daoism, knowledge of martial arts and qigong, Professor Ming Pang created Zhineng Qigong. In 1980s he formed the theory of Hunyuanqi theory and yiyuanti theory of Zhineng Qigong and pulished both, even until today, he has kept on writing and publishing books about Zhineng Qigong and others.

Who gives the Zhineng Qigong Healing Lessons in this Zhineng Qigong Practice center?
is the teacher to lead Zhineng Qigong healing lessons in her daily
practice. She has been following two Zhineng Qigong Masters Zhengdao Lu and Ling Wang since September 2018.
Both master Lu and Wang were students of Prof. Ming Pang in 1990s and worked
with him in Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Healing Center.
Ping is her Qi name. She studied Chinese acupuncture in Shenzhou Open University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Amsterdam from 2015 to 2018. From the beginning 2019 she started to practice acupuncture treatments both in Amsterdam and Almere. The knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine helps her understand deeper the theory of Zhineng Qigong. Through daily practice she has got benefits from it for her own health and strength. She has strong confidence in the path to pursue by combining acupuncture and Zhineng Qigong for a better and more relaxing lifestyle, not only for herself, but also for the people around her.
